Wilder
Bristol boys Wilder have just been signed to Rough Trade and celebrated the fact by throwing a party on a boat. Bristol has had a distinct lack of bands breaking through of late and these guys are a pretty decent punt. The party was an altogether raucous affair and showcased the band in the same mold as many other Rough Trade luminaries. Theirs is straight up indie-pop, which basically means the melody is tight, it’s lyrically fun and they all look good. Which is a bloody good start.
