Jacob Dahlstrup Jensen is a graduate of Fine Art at Glasgow School of Art. He now resides in Copenhagen.
He describes one of the most important aspect of his creative process as “calculated spontaneity and pre
planned coincidence”. His work is mainly a combination of drawing and installation that renders his work that is
both beautiful, intricate and witty.

Through merging material and context Jensen explores the visual language of “nautical folklore”, and tells the
story of faith, hope, love, and “the struggle to get to the non-existing point in the horizon”.

Jensen is currently planning on doing a tattooing internship in Copenhagen.
