XXXY
XXXY, otherwise known as Manchester’s Rupert Taylor, has been around for a while, but he is frequenting Crack’s stereo more and more of late, thanks to his addictive beats. His latest release, You Always Start It, was out in January and sets off with those muted kicks and vocal snippets that are commonplace with XXXY tracks. Somewhat reminiscent of Joy Orbison combined with some seriously strong melodies, as well as a good deal of synth and bass to rival any dubstep track, we predict big things for XXXY this year.
