The hottest house label in the last year present all their best moments on one retrospective. The first two CDs are an unmixed collection of their best moments from the year, but the whole thing is brought together majestically on the blistering third disc mixed by LA three-piece, Droog. This kind of deep, vocal-house sound is on trend right now for a good reason; cool low-slung bass-lines, an army of dance music’s most hedonistic characters all plugging it, and the girls seem keen to get down to it too. The usual suspects in Maceo Plex, Russ Yallop, Art Department Deniz Kurtel et al show-up here (most more than once) to help create an insatiably chic and enjoyable mix ride.
