The Lucy Dawson directed film has been upgraded to the main screen.
Last year we ran a feature on Sarah Records, the little label from Bristol that helped define indie music as we know it. As part of the feature we spoke to Lucy Dawson about her documentary My Secret World which tells the story of the eccentric label’s rise and sudden end.
The film hasn’t had a general release yet but will be screened at Hackney Picturehouse this Sunday 12 April at Hackney Picturehouse. The screening will be followed by a talk from Sarah founders Matt Haynes and Clare Wadd.
