The band will tour Peanut Butter with new vocalists from July

Joanna Gruesome’s lead singer Alanna McArdle has left the band to take time to recover from worsening mental health problems. In a Twitter announcement she has described her experiences with J-Gru as ‘life-changing’ and says she is ‘proud of everything [she’s] done with the band’.

The band will tour through September with two new vocalists: Kate of Glaswegian punk band Pennycress, and Roxy of Two White Cranes, Grubs and Trust Fund.
