50Weapons is no more

With over 100 released under their belt, it’s now time to call it a day.

Looks like 50Weapons have finished after a ten year run. The label, which began in 2005 as a subsidiary of Modeselektor’s MonkeyTown label, announced on Facebook today that they were through.

The post on Facebook simply stated “R.I.P. 50WEAPONS – A Record Label from Berlin 2005 – 2015 ‪#‎rip50weapons‬” and featured a video of a supercut of all their releases.
