Nils Frahm announced Trance Frendz – a collaboration with Ólafur Arnalds – on Facebook
Two of Neo Classical’s biggest names, Nils Frahm and Ólafur Arnalds, have come together to record a brand new session featuring unedited, undubbed, one-take improvisations. The video was shot in Frahm’s Berlin studio and according to his Facebook the recording was created after the pair met up to document one or two songs. They continued into the night and Trance Frendz – an evening with Ólafur Arnalds and Nils Frahm is a 46-minute edit of the result.
