Dazed & Confused have reported that a new film about the life of late fashion designer Alexander McQueen is currently in the works.
The film will be directed by Andrew Haigh, who received an Oscar-nominated for the drama 45 Years, produced by Damian Jones, best known for The Iron Lady and written by Chris Urch. It is based on Andrew Wilson’s biography Blood Beneath The Skin, and Urch’s own research on McQueen.
Details are thin on the ground so far and nothing has been announced concerning who will play McQueen or when the film will be released but we’ll be sure to keep you updated with more news as it comes.
