Come visit the Crack Magazine stage at Dekmantel By Night

Hunee

The good folks at Dekmantel have been kind enough to let us host our very own stage and we can’t wait to see you there

Amsterdam’s Dekmantel Festival is always one of our favourite parties of the year. Since its inception, the event has been praised for its compact, tidy and beautifully constructed woodland setting, its scrupulous attention to sound, and the wide spectrum of artists on offer across opening parties and three full days and nights of programming. 2016 continues in the same vain, with regulars like Jeff Mills, Moodymann, DJ Harvey, Ricardo Villalobos and Motor City Drum Ensemble alongside impossibly rare performances from cult acts like Cabaret Voltaire and Black Devil Disco Club.

This year we’ll be hosting a stage at Dekmantel’s official afterparty. We’ll be taking over part of one of Amsterdam’s most famous clubs, Melkweg, for three nights from 5 – 7 August and we’re bringing a host of our favourite DJs and producers along for the ride.

Featuring some of the Netherlands’ finest via Detroit institution No Way Back, on Friday 5 August we’ll be hosting Hague vanguards I-F, Legowelt and Intergalactic Gary while Saturday brings key players from record store and distribution hub Rush Hour, with Antal b2b Hunee, Interstellar Funk and cult Japanese house producer Soichi Terada. On Sunday we’ll close things off with No Way Back, represented by Detroit mainstays BMG, Bryan Kasenic, Carlos Souffront and Erika & Derek Plaslaiko. You can grab tickets for all of the Melkweg parties at Dekmantel By Night here.

Dekmantel festival takes place in the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos and various venues around the city of Amsterdam from 5 – 7 August. For more information head over to their official website. We can’t wait to see you there, but in the meantime you can explore Amsterdam’s club scene in our recent documentary about nightlife in the city.
