Vince Staples has reviewed several Olympic athletes including Tom Daley for his new series Vince Staples Reviews Fucking Everything
After the success of his recent critiques of everything from NBA stars to rappers chains for GQ, Vince Staples has been given his own series. The aptly titled Vince Staples Reviews Fucking Everything began last night with Daley giving his verdict on various Olympic athletes at 2016 Rio games.
Vince makes a very astute comparison between an FKA twigs video and Olympic diving, takes issue with dressage’s eligibility as a sport and says he thinks men should stay out of gymnastics. “I’m not really a fan of this male gymnastics—trying to jump hard as you fucking can. There’s no grace in that. You need grace to do that. We have to stop playing women’s sports. We are not creative enough. They make us look stupid. They’re smarter than us.”
