The latest edition in the long-running series is coming this November
Pop Ambient 2017 is the 17th instalment of Kompakt’s annual Pop Ambient compilation. The latest edition features a selection of tunes curated, as always, by Kompakt owner Wolfgang Voigt who has contributed a remix of Soulsavers’ Hal. Pop Ambient regulars Jens-Uwe Beyer, Thore Pfeiffer, Leandro Fresco, Kenneth James Gibson, Anton Kubikov and Max Würden will return with new productions alongside newcomers Yui Onodera and experimental artist Scanner.
The 12-tracker is due out on 25 November and will be available on vinyl, CD and various digital formats although the vinyl edition will only feature eight tracks spread across two pieces of vinyl.
