Tiger & Woods, Jacques Renault, Breakbot and more all feature on the club’s first poster
A new venue is set to open in the space formerly occupied by the bankrupt Williamsburg venue Verboten. Posters for the new club, which will be called Schimanski, have appeared around NYC and reveal the names of some artists who will presumably be appearing when it opens its doors in November 2016. Radio Slave, Monoloc, Jacques Renault Tiger & Woods, Delta Funktionen, Breakbot and Veronica Vasicka are among the names listed.
Verboten closed its doors last year when owners failed to pay a $350,000 tax bills and was later being bought by Pacha New York owner Eddie Dean.
The club’s official website offers the chance to RSVP to their pre-opening party on 31 October.
