Atlanta News aired a smooth tribute to the Notorious B.I.G.

Two news reporters dropped in references to the late rapper during their traffic report

Last week (9 March) marked the 20th Anniversary of Biggie Small’s death. And while many poured in their tributes, including Diddy urging fans to rap their favourite verses for a project and Hakeem Jeffries rapping Juicy on the House Floor, one of the best tributes that needs to be highlighted comes from WSB-TV’s Fred Blankenship and Mark Arum.

The pair snuck in a few B.I.G. references from the songs Juicy, Hypnotize and Only You for their traffic report during the morning broadcast.

In the video above, Arum says, “Yesterday we had B-I-G-G-I-E delays on the west side.”

“Delays right now on Georgia 400 and if you don’t know, now you know about those,” Blankenship reports.

To which Arum responds, “I know you thought birthdays were the worst days, but I think Thursday might be the worst day.”
