As part of their #SBTV10 series, SBTV have just shared a new Warm Up Session with Novelist.
The former Crack cover star teased the freestyle last night (5 March) with the channel unveiling the full version this morning.
Novelist uses a version of Here I Come Again, a 1987 reggae record by Pinchers as the instrumental. In SBTV’s description of the video, the channel explains the session as, “Novelist deliberately taking people back to the roots of dancehall music merging new styles with the older forms of MCing and patterns created in the Caribbean.”
