David Lynch’s Eraserhead soundtrack to be reissued on vinyl

The surrealist horror film’s soundtrack will be reissued on silver wax along with a bonus 7″ and booklet

David Lynch’s first feature-length film, Eraserhead, will be getting the vinyl reissue treatment by Sacred Bones Records. The repress is set to drop on 16 June.

This limited deluxe edition will include a 16-page booklet, three prints, and a Peter Ivers 7″. The B-side will feature an original Ivers recording, called Pete’s Boogie, mixed by Lynch himself.

The experimental soundtrack draws parallels to the film’s industrial gloom with details, such as distant drilling, echoing the film’s landscape.
