Lana Del Rey shares new track Coachella – Woodstock In My Mind

The artist also revealed that “the video with Starboy is out soon”

Last month, the singer-songwriter shared an a capella version of a new song she felt “compelled” to write after experiencing “complex feelings” on her way back from Coachella. The song was written by a sequoia grove “at the rim of the world highway”.

Now, Del Rey has shared the studio version of the track, entitled Coachella – Woodstock In My Mind. Like her witchy album trailer, the song sees Del Rey questioning her contribution to the world, saying, “Maybe my contribution can be as small as hoping”. It’s not yet known if the track will feature on the upcoming album Lust For Life, which is set to be released this year.

She’s since tweeted a message thanking her producer and engineer “for turning it around so quickly” and revealed that her video with The Weeknd is out soon. Recently, the singer unveiled the album’s title track featuring The Weeknd. Other guest appearances on the album will include Stevie Nicks and Sean Lennon.
