Watch Radiohead live from Glastonbury Festival

This will be special

It’s been 20 years since Radiohead first headlined Glastonbury, closing out Saturday at the Pyramid Stage back 1997. Then, they were at the peak of their powers; The Bends had cemented the Radiohead as one of the biggest bands of the 90s, but OK Computer – released just two weeks before – was about to send them stratospheric. People like to talk about great Glastonbury performances, well, this is one of them.

The band, always restless innovators and idol smashers, probably don’t go in for nostalgia. Even so, their return two decades later feels truly special. Watch them headline the Pyramid Stage from 9.30pm (GMT) by heading to the BBC website. Before then, why not brush up on every Radiohead Glasto setlist, from 1994 to 2011, right here.
