The track is from the forthcoming album American Dream
LCD Soundsystem have dropped the Joel Kefali-directed visual for the new track Tonite. The track is from the band’s highly anticipated comeback album, due out on 1 September via DFA Records and Columbia Records.
The group have previously performed Tonite at their live shows, but earlier this year, the band requested that fans not film at their gigs.
So far, two other singles have been released, entitled Call The Police and American Dream.
On the upcoming album, Murphy said via a Facebook post that it’s been an enjoyable process, “if not the most fun ever. I think it is, for sure, the happiest I’ve ever been making a record”.
