The team behind Birmingham’s Rainbow Venues have announced a brand new venue for the city.
CRANE will open in autumn of this year. The warehouse style space is located in Digbeth and will host dance events along with “art exhibitions, markets, product launches and street food shows.”
Details of the launch event on 29 September can be found here. The specs for the venue are detailed as a 12,000 square foot ground floor with a “two-tiered mezzanine” and a large cellar area.
This will be the largest multi-purpose venue of its kind in Birmingham. According to a press release, “The venue draws its name from the imposing crane that spans the width of the building, creating an impressive backdrop.”
