NOS Alive announce headliners for 2018 edition

After announcing Brooklyn-based indie outfit The National as their first act, Nos Alive has now revealed more headline acts for their 2018 edition.

The three-day event is set to take place on 12-14 July, and they’ve confirmed former Crack cover stars Future Islands as a headliner. Furthermore, Queens Of The Stone Age will be taking to the stage on the second day. NOS Alive will be located at Passeio Marítimo de Algés on the Lisbon coast.

In April, Future Islands released their brilliant album The Far Field via 4AD. Frontman Samuel T. Herring said on the release, “A lot of songs on the new record are about going from pure joy and beauty, to something falling apart.”

Queens of the Stone Age released their seventh studio album Villains in August, which features the single The Way You Used To Do. The 2017 release follows up from 2013’s …Like Clockwork.

This year, the festival played host to Savages, Depeche Mode, The Weeknd and Floating Points.
