Photo Review: Future Islands

On Friday 9 May, Future Islands performed a sold-out show in Bristol which had been upgraded to a larger venue due to high demand. When we spoke to the Baltimore synthpop trio shortly before the release of their recent album Singles, they said they wanted to take their career to another step, to achieve a little recognition after years of slogging it out with a DIY mentality. It’s been a pleasure to watch that dream unfold.
