DJ superstardom didn’t come easy for Bristolian Dan Pearce. He did things the hard way, and one of the definitive moments of his career came in 2011 with the igniting of a long-running relationship with iconic San Francisco imprint Dirtybird.
Ever since label kingpin Claude VonStroke released his self-titled Eats Everything EP to great acclaim, Pearce and Dirtybird have become synonymous. To celebrate the label’s 10 year anniversary they are releasing a brand new compilation entitled Dirtybird 10 which features a new acid-tinged track from Eats Everything – which we’re premiering below – as well as a host of new tracks from various other artists on the roster including such glittering alumni as Justin Martin and Catz ‘n Dogz.
