CRACK PREMIERE: Hear Vessels cover Modeselektor’s ‘Blue Clouds’

Ahead of Bristol’s Simple Things festival this Saturday (12th), we’re excited to share Vessels’ cover of Modeselektor’s Blue Clouds, the opening song from their 2011 album Monkeytown. The Leeds based post-rock outfit have produced a ferocious but melodic re-interpretation of the techno duo’s track with fizzy synths and organic instrumentation.

Both acts are playing Simple Things, with Modeselektor’s set taking place on The Colston Hall’s main stage while Vessels will perform in the building’s unique foyer space. Stream the track via the link below, and go here for Simple Things tickets.
