The DIY-rooted festival heads into its fourth edition in May.

blechsonne will return from 28–31 May 2026 to a site in Galenbeck, two hours outside of Berlin.

Welcoming around 2,000 attendees across four days and nights, the programme includes guitar music, experimental sounds, hyperpop and club culture alongside a political, queer-feminist discourse programme featuring performances, readings and more.

The festival has now revealed the first names confirmed for 2026, including Mark William Lewis, Snuggle, Hengameh Yaghoobifarah & Sveamaus, Jazz Lambaux, Swordes, Zoomies, Userband, GiGi Girls, Ferd1girl, and shortstraw. More than 90 artists in total are expected to appear across five stages, spanning live bands, DJs and discourse formats.

What began as a loose collective of friends putting on small, unofficial shows has steadily evolved into a carefully curated festival, all while maintaining a strong sense of community, collectivity and care.

“We aim to amplify new and diverse music, encourage collaboration and participation and most of all hold space for a thriving community that looks after one another,” the organisers state.
