Fatal Light Attraction will be Kerridge’s second album for Downwards
Manchester born, Berlin-based techno producer Samuel Kerridge is returning to Regis’ Downwards label for his new album Fatal Light Attraction as Kerridge. The album is based on ideas Kerridge first introduced in a performance at Berlin’s Atonal Festival earlier this year. The performance also featured Andrej Boleslavský and Mária Júdová and incorporated live-coding that responded to audio in real time to create moving shadows.
The album follows last year’s Always Offended, Never Ashamed which came out on his own Contort label and is his second for Regis’ Downwards after his 2013 effort A Fallen Empire.
