The Lewisham grime MC and producer takes Dodgy Dave to task in a hard new instrumental

Recent Crack cover star Novelist has taken shots at the Panama Papers scandal via a muscular new instrumental released last night: Tax the MPs. “Off shore files aye? We aint having a bar of it. Tax the MPS,” reads the description. “Liar Liar pants on fire.”

Opening with a sample of David Cameron reassuring his country that “without a strong economy, you can’t have a strong NHS, the strong schools, the strong defence forces that our country needs,” Novelist reflects what most of us might be thinking: repeated screams of “LIAR!” can be heard from the outset.

Novelist has sampled Cameron in the past on the equally aggressive Street Politician, and has started uploading frequent tracks to his Soundcloud, including the heavy Casper Riddim.

Listen to the new track below.
