A jar of air from a Stone Roses gig has reached £66,000 on eBay

Yep, you read that correctly…

A jar of air that was captured at a recent Stone Roses gig at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium has reached an impressive £66,900 on auction site eBay. For some unknown reason there are currently 90 bids on the item, which is basically just a normal jar, with the highest bid coming in at just under £67,000.

The listing states that the jar, which is still basically just a normal jar, contains “All the atmosphere, anticipation and ecstasy of 60,000 people singing their hearts out – captured forever in this glass jar.”
