Prince’s Paisley Park is now officially a museum

The late singer’s estate has been officially rezoned as a museum by the Chanhassen City Council

After weeks of uncertainty the Chanhassen City Council has voted unanimously to give Prince’s Paisley Park home museum status. On 6 October the council had shelved the request for museum designation and instead granted a temporary permit for tours of the property. Today, however, that’s all changed and Paisley Park is now officially a museum.

Public tours of the estate will resume this Friday, and tickets will be on sale for tours throughout December. Find out more about how to visit and what’s on display here.
