Listen to Gorillaz’s first song in six years

After a few weeks of speculation and hype, Gorillaz are back.

The virtual pop band have just unveiled the video for Hallelujah Money, their first song in six years.

The track features Mercury prize winner Benjamin Clementine who features heavily in the accompanying visual. The track was shared via the band’s Facebook page with a note from their virtual bassist Murdoc.

“In these dark times, we all need someone to look up to. Me. That’s why I’m giving you this new Gorillaz song, a lightning bolt of truth in a black night. You’re welcome. Now piss on! The new album’s not gonna write itself.
