23 original Daphni tracks and four new Daphni edits, to be precise
Dan Snaith has mixed the next instalment of the long-running FabricLive series under his house-indebted Daphni alias. The album will be composed entirely of new, self-produced music making FabricLive 93 the first Daphni album since 2012’s critically acclaimed Jialong.
The tracklist, which you can view below, features 23 original Daphni tracks and four new Daphni edits. To offer a taster of what’s to come, Snaith has released opening track Face to Face – the first music to be released from the set. Listen to the track now on Bandcamp.
This isn’t the first time that a Fabric mix has been comprised exclusively of the DJ’s own productions: Ricardo Villalobos, Omar-S and Shackleton have all used the platform in this way before.
FabricLive 93 lands 21 July. As announced earlier today, Snaith will appear in his Daphni guise at Simple Things this October.
