The MC was also photographed in discussions with Jeremy Corbyn
Ever since the snap general election was announced in April, the UK’s grime scene has been vocal in supporting Jeremy Corbyn, taking to Twitter to get behind Labour and urge people to vote on 8 June. One of the loudest voices of support has come from JME.
Now, in a Snapchat story published today (14 May) on Corbyn’s Snapchat feed, the alliance is taken one step further. JME is pictured sitting down with Corbyn discussing – according to the caption – “music, education and art.” On Twitter, JME explained the subject of the meeting further: “I met Jeremy Corbyn today, and explained why bare of us don’t vote.”
The sign off features both Corbyn and JME urging the viewer to register to vote. You can watch the video on Jeremy Corbyn’s Snapchat now.
