The veteran producer, known for hits like Trapped, I’m Not Gonna Let You and How Soon We Forget died on thanksgiving aged 67
Colonel Abrams has passed away. The house producer and singer was known for a string of hits in the late 80s including Trapped, I’m Not Gonna Let You and How Soon We Forget. The New-York based artist was born Donald Abrams on 25 May 1949 and passed away on Thursday 25 November 26 at the age of 67.
Although no cause of death has been announced, a GoFundMe page was set up last year to help Abrams, who had fallen on hard times and was “very ill, with no permanent place of his own to live and limited financial resources.”
