Mica Levi’s Under The Skin soundtrack earns BAFTA nomination

The nomination comes for Levi’s much lauded film score

Mica Levi has received a BAFTA nomination for her widely-praised Under The Skin score. The audacious composer, of Micachu and the Shapes, provided the entire score for Jonathan Glazer’s eerie sci-fi thriller, in which Scarlett Johansson plays a lustful extraterrestrial in the loose adaptation of Michel Faber’s 2000 acclaimed novel of the same name.  Jonathan Glazer has also picked up a nomination in the Outstanding British Film category.

The 2015 BAFTAs take place 8 February. Check out the full list of nominations for film scores below.
