New London Events Company offers gig, clubnight & festival packages

ShowMango is a music events company which offers package deals for London events via a subscription-based service.

ShowMango works with venues such as Village Underground, fabric, The Jazz Cafe Camden, Electric Brixton, Islington Assembly Hall and many more. The packages include a ‘Green’ option, which costs £9 per month and gives you unlimited access to events selling for £10 or under, a ‘Blue’ premium option, which gives you free access to all ShowMango events for £25 per month and a Summer Festival package. ShowMango’s current programme includes shows from recent Crack cover star Ricardo Villalobos, Cooly G, Bristol noise-rockers Spectres, jangly Australian indie band Twerps and more.

What was your inspiration for starting ShowMango?

We’ve been looking for innovative ways to improve the event discovery and the Live Music industry in general for the last two years. There are a few inefficiencies in this market that we think can be solved with digital solutions. The emergence of subscription based platforms in the global entertainment industry have been a major source of inspiration to us. Spotify and Netflix are successfully disrupting the music and video streaming markets with a similar model. We are convinced that we can do the same with Live Music, by adding value to both music fans and artists.

What are your immediate expansion plans for the future?

We first want to expand in Europe because we know this market very well and have already established strong relationships with partners in multiple countries. This is therefore our first priority. Multiple cities including Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid, Amsterdam and Ibiza are on our road map. Being based in London is also a strong advantage to quickly develop in various cities around the UK.
