Illuminations returns to London

The 2015 edition of the multi-venue event will feature Holly Herndon, Micachu and the Shapes and Liturgy

Illuminations returns with a bigger and brighter programme of events than ever before. The festival brings together live music, art installations and cinema screenings at some of the best venues that our capital has to offer.

Holly Herndon has been delighting live audiences all summer with her slick A/V experience that explores the gaps between the internet and us, and she’ll be bringing a programme of events of her own curation to The Barbican on 4 November as well as the critically acclaimed show.

The very next night, 5 November, will see Micachu and the Shapes at Oval Space, and what better than transcendental black metal to soundtrack your Halloween weekend? Don all your best shades of black to visit Liturgy at The Barbican who’ll be featuring alongside Three Trapped Tigers and a bunch of specially curated visuals on 30 October.

Other artists on the line-up include Josh T Pearson, Zola Jesus, Oneohtrix Point Never, Songhoy Blues and Titus Andronicus.
