Nina Kraviz’s трип announces fourth and fifth releases

The Russian DJ and producer has curated two more eight-track double-vinyl albums

The fourth and fifth releases on Nina Kraviz’s трип (Trip) label will be Ivan, Come On! Unlock The Box! (Иван, давай! Открой коробку!) and I Have A Question, both curated by the label boss.

Ivan, Come On! Unlock The Box! (Иван, давай! Открой коробку!)’s title is inspired by a track contributed by Cómeme/PG Tunes’ Philipp Gorbachev which tells the story of “a rule-defying maverick Ivan who is “searching for the key to the future”” and the second record’s name is “drawn from a track by the mysterious, hitherto-unreleased Krasnoyarsk-born Siberian producer Roma Zuckerman”.

The tougher-sounding Ivan, Come On! Unlock The Box! features a track from Kraviz herself consisting of “modular live recording cuts edited during the producer’s hectic global touring schedule”, while the lower tempo I Have A Question features Fred P and Dommune’s DJ Sodeyama making their label debuts.

Both releases are complemented by record sleeve illustrations from in-house artist Tombo and will be released 13 November.
