Berlin’s CTM Festival have announced even more acts for their 2016 edition
This year CTM Festival return to some of Berlin’s best venues for their 17th edition and they’ve just announced a big hitter for their grand finale in conjunction with Red Bull Music Academy. The ever-eclectic DJ and producer Sam Shepherd AKA Floating Points will be closing the weekend with a live band for a rendition of his latest album Elaenia.
He will be taking to the stage in Astra on 7 January from 8PM flanked by Berlin dub veteran Pole who is joined audiovisual maestro MFO and rising Turkish experimental musician Ah! Kosmos.
Later on in the evening CTM’s co-curator Rabih Beaini will be playing Watergate alongside Love Cult, Nan Kolè and DJ Lakhe. That kicks of at 11PM and will feature DJ sets until the early hours.
