Melt! have announced a host of acts for their 2016 festival
Anyone who’s had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Melt! in the past will know that the festival takes place in what looks like a post-apocalyptic industrial wasteland. The jaw dropping setting is actually Ferropolis, an outdoor industrial machinery museum near Wittenberg in Germany. The site is dotted with cranes, drills and all manner of mining equipment.
This year they have put together a line-up that will see big hitters like Disclosure, Jamie xx, Two Door Cinema Club, Maceo Plex, DJ Koze, Ben Klock, Maya Jane Coles, Solomun, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Jamie Woon, M83, Skepta and Sleaford Mods as well as a host of other names.
