From 4 – 7 August Dekmantel return with a selection of top tier left field dance acts
This year Amsterdam’s Dekmantel have returned with another strong line-up. They welcome James Holden & Camilo Tirado’s new show Outdoor Museum Of Fractals, Tony Allen and his live band, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry & Adrian Sherwood, an exclusive 2016 set from ESG, and the return of Dekmantel favourites like former Crack cover star Ricardo Villalobos, Dixon, Moodymann, DJ Harvey, Donato Dozzy and Jeff Mills. That’s just for starters though, the full line-up will include over 150 artists over the 4 day festival.
The festival itself takes place in it’s usual spectacular woodland setting: Amsterdamse Bos and they have announced that their night parties will return to Melkweg and Muziekgebouw in the city centre as well as the newly added venues EYE Film Institute, Paradiso’s Tolhuistuin and Bimhuis.
