Glastonbury to hold Bowie tribute screening of his 2000 Glasto performance

The festival will pay tribute to the icon with a screening of the entire set

In an interview with Radio X, Michael Eavis has confirmed there will be a screening of David Bowie’s 2000 Glastonbury performance.

“It’s going to be shown on one of the screens when the stages are shut down. We’ll show the entire set,” he told the radio station, going on to describe the 2000 performance as “utterly amazing. The best gig I’ve seen here.”

Apart from the screening, Coldplay and PJ Harvey have both been confirmed for the multi-day festival.
