With the festival’s swansong just a fortnight away, Bloc are gearing up for a launch party in conjunction with prolific Bristol crew Shapes’ annual Masked Ball.
The party takes place at Lakota this Saturday with the formidable Detroit pairing of Omar-S and DJ Bone (who recently made a standout contribution to the Crack Mix series) heading up the bill plus a rare appearance from Chicagoan disco figurehead Rahaan.
With the added promise of a special guest headliner as well as Shapes’ trademark extravagant decor, the party is an enticing prospect whether you’re heading to Minehead or not.
