Kate Bush announces live album recorded in London

The triple album, Before the Dawn, was recorded during Bush’s 2014 residency at London’s Hammersmith Apollo

According to The Telegraph Kate Bush is set to release a triple-album of live recordings this year. The album, titled Before the Dawn, is set for release on 25 November and was recorded during Bush’s 2014 residency at the Hammersmith Apollo in London.

The album follows the same structure as Bush’s London concerts; split into three acts it will feature a combination of greatest hits, a selection of tracks from Hounds of Love and a third act featuring songs from Aerial. There’s also an additional song, Tawny Moon, performed by Bush’s son. Pitchfork points out that the concerts were also filmed although there are currently no plans to release the footage.

Before the Dawn will be available as a 3-CD or 4-LP box set on 25 November.
