The track precedes next month’s debut album from the pair as NxWorries, called Yes Lawd!
NxWorries have dropped their latest single and announced an album to be released in October. The collaboration began a year ago and given how well the two work together its no surprise it’s culminated in this piece of work.
Both Knxwledge and .Paak grew up playing drums in their local churches, according to Stones Throw. This mutual background in gospel has engendered the same appreciation in sonics so as to result in these songs. It is “a package of fluid groove and rough-cut rap ‘n’ soul gems” say the label.
