Drake teases OVO Fest London at O2 Arena show

Drake played the fifth of eight dates at London’s O2 Arena tonight (5 February) and set rumours racing about two things: a Young Money reunion, and a London edition of his Toronto OVO Fest event.

First, Drake told the sold-out crowd that he’d been speaking with his manager about a potential summer show in the UK capital and was using the audience response to see whether or not it would be worth it.

He went to on to that he’d just got off the phone with Nicki Minaj. He went on to tell the crowd, “We might have to do something special, we might have to do some Young Money reunion show out here this summer. I might have to bring all my friends from America, all my friends from Canada, the whole of the OVO.” The news follows speculation of a reunion which sprung up after Nicki, Drake and Wayne shared a photo of the three of them together.

Before the show wrapped, Drake confirmed that the crowd had proved the prospect was worthwhile, signing off with a “OVO Fest London coming soon.” Fans are already getting excited on Twitter.
