Lovely Creatures – an expansive overview of the band’s trajectory – lands in May
Tracing the band’s far-reaching influence over the span of three decades, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds will be releasing a retrospective overview of their work in the form of Lovely Creatures.
Navigating through their large, inventive body of work, Lovely Creatures will be available to buy in four different formats: Standard CD, Triple LP, Deluxe 3CD with a DVD, and the Super Deluxe Limited Edition Package. The varying package formats will include a hardcover book with personal essays, a two-hour DVD with unseen archive footage, and memorabilia. All packages will include personal and rare photographs of the band.
Originally intended to be released in 2014, the collection’s release date was postponed and has now been set for 5 May. You can view the new artwork below.
2016 saw the innovative band release Skeleton Tree, which was named as Crack’s favourite album of 2016.
