Babyfather drop new mixtape Cypher

Dean Blunt’s creative streak continues

Just over a week since adopting a brand new alias and dropping album Hotep, today Dean Blunt rebooted his Babyfather project – which sees Blunt ostensibly joined by DJ Escrow and Gassman D – and released a mixtape, Cypher.

The mixtape, which is available for free via file share site MediaFire, is a continuation of Blunt’s melding of alienation tactics, pop cultural references and oblique RnB. Delivered as one .wav file, there’s no tracklist for the 18-minute work. Listen via the player below or download it here.
