Aphex Twin has made a surprise drop today (3 June) – an untitled vinyl release was made available at London’s Field Day festival.
The record comes in a green unmarked sleeve. We have yet to hear the contents as, unfortunately, the limited run was sold out by 2.00pm.
The producer has been confirmed for a headlining slot at Field Day’s The Barn. NTS Radio will be live streaming the set here, and they’ve collaborated with Weirdcore for a special adaptation that’s been teased as a “bespoke online visual immersion”. Currently, the site remains password-protected and it’s not yet known what the entry word is.
Other acts to be performing at The Barn include Nina Kraviz, Nicolas Jaar, Jon Hopkins, Marcel Dettmann and Moderat.

Update: According to Resident Advisor, the 11-track vinyl – released via Warp Records – is entitled London 03.06.17. The tracks, however, are untitled – see below.
