Missy Elliott tweeted a post yesterday (5 June) calling for dancers and “tricksters” specialising in hip-hop. The rapper-producer, who’s created some huge club bangers during her career, revealed that she’s holding auditions this Friday (9 June) in Atlanta.
Auditioners must turn up at 8PM “SHARP” – so don’t be late – and be “strong in choreography”. On how to prepare, she simply advised, “Do your research on Missy!”
Her next scheduled performance is FYF Festival in Los Angeles, which is set to take place on 21-23 July. Whether she’s looking for dancers for her upcoming festival slot or for a mysterious new project, it’s not yet known.
