The project will see the techno maestro connect with the Toulouse orchestra
Jeff Mills has announced his latest electronic-classical project, named Lost In Space. The collaboration is a partnership with Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, and an EP will be released next year. To premiere the project, there’ll be two live shows in April 2018, during which Mills will perform alongside the orchestra, conducted by Christophe Mangou.
According to his record label, Axis Records, the project was conceived “with the future of mankind’s advances in space travel and colonising other planets in mind”.
Mills has been confirmed for a string of festival dates this year, including performances scheduled for Festival Forte and Dekmantel Festival. Head here for more tour dates.
